Smarter Housing - Virgin Media student offer

Any property fully managed by SmarterHousing will have free wireless broadband subject to availability (i.e. broadband must be available in that area).
In the majority of cases this will be supplied by Virgin Media, for whom we are now an authorised re-seller. Our association with Virgin Media now means that any student moving into a rental property this September can pre-arrange their internet connection through Smarter Housing.
We can offer the full range of Virgin Media services, however there are special rates on broadband:
2Mb: £10 for first 6 months, £18 thereafter.
10Mb: £17 for first 6 months, £25 thereafter
20Mb(soon to be 50Mb): £29 for first 6 months, £37 thereafter.
To pre-book broadband for a non-SmarterHousing property simply e-mail your full address and postcode to info@smarterhousing.co.uk, quoting Virgin Media in the subject line. If you are looking for additional services please detail this in your e-mail. We will confirm serviceability of the property and then contact you to arrange installation and payment (directly to Virgin Media).
