During the summer of 2008, Smarter Housing will start to offer residential sales & lettings alongside the existing student accommodation business.
In keeping with the Smarter brand, the focus will be on high specification, high value and/or unique developments. Our homepage will be tweaked slightly to ensure prospective tenants can clearly differentiate between the types of accommodation on offer.
